I have developed a web site for someone else. They want to be able to change the news and update it often without me.
Is there anyway i can set up a webpage they only they can see that will allow them to type in new news and it will add it to the page. The info that needs to be changed is in one cell in a table any ideas please help really important thanks email me |

Well, I would recommend using a server-side language such as PHP along with a database such as MySQL. That's what I use cause they are the easiest combination.

what i sue for my websites is just simple xml with a xsl-stylesheet, extremely easy to use

there used to be an article for creating a news system in php on Devarticles... but i guess it didn't make the Devshed transition... here's the support forum, perhaps you could gather some information from there

i cant give you a link because i use xml in web aplication design. The project im currently working on though is a frontpage like web editor for myself, Still needs a lot of work though.
