coding to email a spreadsheet

Good Day All

Hello I have a form in Excel where my command button (cmdemail)
once clicked should email the worksheets from Excel to Access on an automatic basis (once a week). What coding would I need for this? otherwise even to just have the coding to email when the button is clicked would be a great stress reliever

Cheers All

Zisko,

Which language is this?
Are oyu using offices internal VBA?

Why is Excel emailing information to Access?
I suppose you have the terms mixed up

Perhaps just a little bit more information would help people answer further
Oh, and welcome to the forums =)

wow! I'm being bombarded by questions, I thought that was my role.
ok *deep breath* it goes a little sth like this. I designing a program using 2 applications:
1. Excel
2. Access
Reason being is that in South Africa we are a little behind with technology and not all user have Access.

There are 2 parties involed:
1. Our sales agents
2. Us.
Our sales agents dont have access so they will enter their sales details via excel (vb) through forms of which will be stored in the excel spreadsheets. They need to email us those spreadsheets so that we can save it on our HD and then to export into Access for us to manipulate the data.
So I have a cmd button - cmd email and I need when the user clicks on this to email the spreadsheets to us.

Just let me know if u need anymore info mate.

Cheers
Joe
