CSS - using Dreamweaver 4
Hi there,
I have been experimenting with CSS for a while (still learning) and I have found that the results I am getting do not always reflect what I am trying to create.
I am using Dreamweaver 4.0 and thus wanting to address a question to experienced Macromedia and CSS users:
Question:
1). Using CSS in Dreamweaver - How can I get my text to scroll and background images to stand still?
I have seen a few web sites where the text seems to be on top of the background images. When you use your scroll-bar on your browser the background image(s) don't move, only the text. It gives you an illusion of the text being on the top. It is a cool effect, which I like to learn.
Any details on how to do this would be appreciated. I have experimented with DW's CSS, but can't get it done - maybe you can refer to a tutorial?
Thanks in advance - and happy development.
