hello, i was wondering if anyone can help me with this code. i was given the following:

Encrypted message:
346.292.220.252.192.176.470.474.429.355.445.515.37 0.338.388.355.435.438.
401.391.425.363.365.379.464.344.360.399.427.498.42 1.379.272.363.344.321.558.518.
429.439.409.391

The message above has been encrypted using the seed: 242695

Decrypt the following using the same seed and key:
402.455.361.291.352.351.608.507.421.373.409.482
