Question FORM ACTION and METHOD POST

Hi there all, i new here.

I was wondering if anyone could advise further. I am doing some online forms for my works website. I have set them up fine and they are working, I am using a CGI script and getting the results back like this
salutation = Miss
first_name = Honey
last_name = Nut
address1 = blar
address2 = blat
town_city = blar
question_1 = blar
in an email etc.

But i really need to know if i can have the information to me returned in a different way like as a pdf or in tables or in a more structured way. I have to create online job applications but all our managers are refusing to have the information returned like this. They want it more like a typed CV, does anyone know of any way that this could be done or how and may have an example ,
thank you so much

Barley, welcome to the forums first off

Secondly, to get to your question, the easiest method is probably to store the information that you get from your forms into a database and then pull the information out with a web program (what are you using for your cgi?) and format it into a table that you design on your own.. the coding is rather simple but I'm not sure think that you'd be able to find someone here who would just want to write your tables for you.. if you're using php, i recomend the php black book.. Post what you have and we'll make suggestions as to what you could do
