Ozeki Informatics Ltd. is located in Budapest (Hungary). I have been on an end-user training there as a representative of our company.
They are professionals and very helpful.
There is an Ozeki NG version for developers, including information on how you can use .NET remoting in C# to send/receive SMS messages, but I think you are already aware of that. If not, visit this link:
