Great article! I'm not quite sure what 4NF's rule means:
In a many-to-many relationship, independent entities can not be stored in the same table.
I understand the core concepts of normalization, and also understand why you did what you did in the step for 4NF. It was to reduce redundant data. But how does the 4NF rule apply to what was done in this step? Which columns are the "independent entities"?
Overall, great article. Very clear and I love the examples!
