Hiring a team of programmers
I am looking to hire a small team of programmers for a project I'm currently involved in. It'll be a network program that interfaces the user and the server in several capacities. I'm not sure what language I want it in becasue I don't know which is going to be the most effecient -- I want the programmers to answer that.
Essentially, I have a program outline, $20,000, and 3 months -- where should I go to find a qualified team of programers who can quote me on a per project basis? Thanks in advance, Pete Michaud

Can you tell us more about the project? Most applications these days are client-server based, so we'll need to know some more specifics.
