Ammm well I've played with CPanel and Plesk. They are both great. They are relatively easy to setup and come with PHP and MySQL, etc too...
Checkout www.plesk.com. It's probly one of the best control panel's out there. It has mail, php, mysql, secure directories, etc... all configurable from the web. I know that there are some free ones out there, but I just can't remember their details. Are you planning to setup a web hosting company or something similiar? |

well, my company has actually been running a hosting servce, but before I joined them they were doing everything by hand on the servers, and they decided they wanted to expand the scope of people were hosting, so in order to be realitvly competitive we I think we have to have at least some sort of user control for the accounts or we would be up to our ears in simple requests.
I've looked at plesk and some other control panels but they are only for Unix or Linus and we a re running IIS nt4 etc,etc... And there are very few cpanels out there that can run on iis servers. |
