Well I have been working on this issue for a little while. Is there anyone who knows how to use HTA's well. I am converting an ASP program, into an exe type, (HTA). I do this fine, and most of the program works, although when hitting a button to spawn a new window or child window I get no response, or my not valid trap, can anyone help me with this my brain hurts to much now.
Thanks ![]() |

Hey, checkout these sites for some info (HTA's are also a good article topic. We will be writing an intro to them soon):

Been there
Been to the microsoft site, and the second one. The first one is in German it looks like, and I cannot read it. But so far nothing has helped...I am thinking the Microsoft should add a merge_attribute function. The program I am working on was previously created, and as an afterthought on my part I decided to create an HTA out of it. The main application is done in ASP, and XHTML, javascript and so on. With a hook to Crystal Reports, and has a SQL backend. SO...as you can see it is much harder than it looks.
