Is it possible to connect msn and aim?

Hi everyone
I was wondering if it was even possible to connect these to programs? Is there like a third party program that would take a message from msn and reencrypt it to aim or aol? If not is there a way to write a program that is able to do that and if so how?

only thing i know that is like that in any way can be found at http://gaim.sourceforge.net/

gaim talks to all of them. you just need logins on them.
