Exclamation MS-Excel how to display datalabels in scatter chart without overlapping

i am to create a scatter chart that have similiar x-axis and y-axis values, the datalabels
displaying the names overlaps each other at such similiar value points.and i want the datalabels to be displayed without overlapping each other, could anyone post a solution for it.
