I am new at vba programming and I have need of a macro. can someone help me
solve this problem? Here is my problem. I have an email that comes in and I need to create a new email from some of the header information. here is what I get from the email that I receive. From: _services Sent: Tuesday, March 16, 2004 5:09 PM To: Patrick Wilder; John Porter Subject: Ticket #1296 has been assigned. I need to create a new email that is sent to the people in the To: field. I need to change the subject line to the following: Subject: Report Zone IRT #1296 the problem is that the number in the subject field will change with each email. This is the minmum of what I need to do. Here is the wish list of what else I would like to do. 1: Open a templet that is on the local file system and fill out the fields like above. 2: process a whole mailbox directory of emails like this. 3: create a new mailbox directory in the current directory for each email proccessed then move the email to that directory. Can any one give me help on the above problems. the most inportant problem is the top problem listed. the others are just things that would be nice to have. thank you patrickw99 |
