Permissions to see items in Mailbox

Hi,

I have a problem with the rights of my exchange server.
When I browse my server with exchange explorer I can't see any items.

If I login with the admin account I can see the items in the admin account,
But if I log in with another user, I can't see that users items.

Anyone any idea how this can happen?
I think it has something to do with the permissions, but I am not sure
