Problem with Javascript/HTML WYSIWYG Editor

I went through the Javascript/HTML WYSIWYG Editor tutorial, and found a couple problems. First of all, the included file for part two is an empty zip file, incase you don't know. Because of that, I didn't have the actual source code for that part, and had to pull what I could off of the tutorial -- which may mean I'm missing part.

I am having a bit of trouble dealing with hyperlinks in the editor. First of all, if there is no text in the IFRAME prior to adding a hyperlink through the toolbar, it shows up on the main page, rather than in the IFRAME. Secondly, all hyperlinks, whether added via the toolbar or manually (typed in), do not "translate" properly. I modified the code so that submitting the form takes you to a preview page, and the links on the page are all broken (it takes the link URL and surrounds it with quotes, so it doesn't work).

Can anyone help me? This is a very urgent problem.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Alas, what a pity.

Thankfully, the article is pretty thorough. I hope I can muddle through with it's guidance.

Thanks.
