Product Development Documentation

Hi;

I am confused about some document descriptions.We are producing electronics such as DVD,DVB,TV.. While doing these projects as you know we have to write some documents such as TARGET DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS,DETAILED SOFTWARE DESIGN,DETAILED HARDWARE DESIGN etc.... But I can not decide what the contents of these documents will be.I send you a file.There is a diagram on that document.Is the idea true or not?If you examine it and turn me I would be really happy because I have to learn lots of thing in this business life
And if you help me about the contents of the documents I would be more happy thank you very much
