Query String with XSL ISAPI

Hi

We are developing an e-commerce website based on Commerce Server 2000. For this site, we are customizing the Reference Architecture for Commerce Version 2. The problem is arising with XSL ISAPI Filter that is provided with Reference Architecture. The Query String does not work with this XSL ISAPI Filter. I would be grateful if you could please help us out in solving this problem.
