Most server side langauges provide a facility to execute a command on the server. It all depends on what language you are using (which you didn't specify)

stumpy meant what scripting language are you using.. IE, PHP, Perl(cgi), Java, ASP, VB Script, etc..

i am trying to run program on host for MTA:San Andreas. Like a server for online gaming. I dint do anything i just copy files on server.
