sendmail exe

I'm having trouble getting sendmail to work, I get the error message:-

Warning: Server Error in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\movieactivity\php\sendtest.php on line 21

Is there any info on what needs to be configured for it to work.

I assume there is an application sendmail.exe which I can't find, should this be installed as default or have I got the wrong idea..?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found a perl module called NTsendmail.pm that is pretty much a plug in - no configuration needed (if you're using a CGI program to send your email).

The program is opensource. Hope it helps:

have you configured your SMTP settings in php's ini file?
its usually stored in your windows folder.
