Smooth Picture Scroll without Flicker

Dear All,

I am creating a news bulletin as you all have seen on your TV Sets as the news appears scrolling at the bottom of the channel as in CNN, BBC.
I have tried with BitBlt and PaintPicture, with move method and all, but not able to eliminate the flicker. Then i got a sample from DirectX, that works excellent with forms but i need it in a news form.

Try with flash.

Or as marquee command in HTML.
