If you're mouse dependant, you can right click anywhere on the screen, and select view source.

Dang people, he said there's no menubar, so there's no "go" and ALT-based keyboard shortcuts (which access the M-E-N-U) don't work. Your best bet is right-click, View Source. If right-click is disabled, you will have to locate the file in your cache, or first disable JavaScript, and try the right click trick..
