I have a question that might be dumb, but I have always had this problem when I have InterDev installed... IE forcefully tries to debug the code and no matter how many times I click on the "Disable script debugging" checkbox in Tools->Options->Advanced, the next time I open IE it is unchecked again and it will try to debug the errors from pages, which is so very annoying because if you accidentally click on yes it will then try to open the code in InterDev and when you close it, it shuts IE down as well. Does someone have a solution to avoid this, other than uninstalling InterDev?
Thanks. |

Use a different browser to develop on, then once the site is done, test it using IE. That same issue used to drive me nuts too (I stopped using InterDev a few years ago).
Alternatively, I'm sure there is a reg hack that would let you remove the debug feature. |
