Encana Sells Mexico Gulf Stakes to Statoil, $2 Bln (Reuters)

Reuters - EnCana Corp., North America's
biggest independent oil producer, said on Thursday it agreed to
sell its interests in the Gulf of Mexico to Norwegian energy
group Statoil for $2 billion.
