Flooding in Fla. Forces 100 to Evacuate (AP)
AP - Small boats were used to evacuate about 100 people Friday from a Pensacola apartment complex flooded by heavy rains that raked the Florida Panhandle, including areas still recovering from last year's Hurricane Ivan.
