Nice layout.

Being a stickler, you may want to make "site" plural in this image

What program did you use to make this site?
The code it is producing is kind of sloppy.

I've modified the indentation to be readable:
Code:
<font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">
	<a href="http://www.toplistweb.com"><img src="./logo/bar_english.gif"  width="50" height="20"  align="absbottom" border="0" alt=" home"></a>
	<a href="./big5/index.htm"><img src="./logo/bar_big5.gif"  width="50" height="20"  align="absbottom" border="0" alt="Chinese_big5"></a>
	<a href="./gb/index.htm"><img src="./logo/bar_gb.gif"  width="50" height="20"  align="absbottom" border="0" alt="Chinese_GB"></a>
</font>
Wrapping images in a FONT tag is useless. One should avoid the FONT tag in favour of CSS anyways... =)

In a twist of irony, your website design page says:
"How to design a good website [...] Layout: use tables, CSS or template"

Also you suggest validating, yet your own site doesn't have a DOCTYPE declared...

Some of these articles might help your own site

Thanks a lot. That's the 1st site I developed.
And I learned something when I built it.
But forget to change some old code.

I wouldn't normally harp on you for the font tags...
I do highly recommend CSS, but different people are at different stages in learning modern Web design practices...

But wrapping an IMG with font tags is useless =)

It's a great learning opportunity for you, especially finding articles like you have.
I recommend taking a swing at it and trying to create a modern standard site.

How come changing languages only seems to change the one inner-cell?
