I would like to receive constructive criticism on my redesigned website. The site is not entirely complete and does have some broken links because I have not completed the redesign of the site yet. I will use any feedback to modify my site to make it better. I would also like some tips on how to increase visitors. The following is a description of some of the products on my site:

As of 4/24/02, the site is focused on our Grip Download Manager. This program is the result of a collective study of popular Download Managers. We researched Download technologies and techniques and have compiled them into this one application. It can do almost all functions found in any popular download manager and do much more. Some of our enhancements are faster speeds by lowering overhead, Smart Downloading Technologies (SDT) that fix common download errors, and unlimited segmentation that provides faster download speeds from slow servers. There is a FREE evaluation copy that shows the features of the program. You can upgrade to the Standard or Professional versions. The Professional version comes with add-on program that include FTP client/server, LAN file transfer client/server, IP-IP file transfer, Zip downloader, and a Cache Cleaner. Grip Download Manager has been clocked to be 10% faster that Getright and 15% faster than other popular download managers. Our low overhead and integrated winsock control usage allows fast download connections.

"Without any Download Manager, about two out of five downloads did not download properly. I tried other Download Managers, they helped, but I still experienced problems. Then I was told about Grip Download Manager and once I installed it, downloading became easy. Thanks Allied Technologies!" - D.H. Feb. 2002

After you try the FREE copy of Grip Download Manager and are satified by it's performance, you can upgrade to the Standard or Professional versions for only a fraction of the price of the popular Download Managers. Starting from 4.99* When you upgrade, all the locked features in the evaluation version will be free to use. You will also gain access to online add-in programs and support. Also, registered users have FREE upgrades to all new versions.

its good, just change the font, and remove the bg image, it makes it kinda hard to read, and strains the eyes

Keep up the good work

Is this a marketing forum or a site criticism forum? I just took a look at your site, and the first thing I would say is that if you want ppl to come back, kill the 2 popup windows.

Other than that, the site looks fine. It achieves what it is meant to, and most of the links lead you to the product, which is what a site like yours should be doing. One thing I would recommend however is opening screenshots in a new window that fits them in nicely. I.e., if you have a 500x500 image, open it in a 550x550 window with a "Close Window" link, just to provide easier navigation for your visitors.

Those pop-up windows are still their, most people i find hate pop-up add windows. They can be good, if you use them correctly, but pop-ups make the site seem cheap, and make it look like its a kids school project (no offence). just do something about those ads for a starter

unfortunately, tripod has the popup ads built in and i am not going to pay them to get rid of them. In a few months, I'll be getting my own server and domain for it.

Host your site else where!! To get rid of those pop-ups, brikster is good. They are free, have asp.net/asp if you pay 3.95/month you get frontpage 2002 extensions and ftp but then you lose asp.net oh well your call. But there are other hosting solutions out there!

Like your program btw
