Supposed to be a web hosting company site, there is a flash header being made at the moment. Any comments would be appreciated

The flash has a lot of little movement going on, and the marquee Announcement banner adds to that... but I have noticed a lot of this in other webhosting sites... just a personal beef... Colours are all soft and they go well together... overall impression, nice.

Something about calling your webhosting company "Lag" doesn't sound right... ;-)

Looks good. Nice and clean.
Since it seems directed at gamers, I don't think the movement will be a problem. Forum looks nice too.
