No, I just made that design. You might be confusing it with www.gotlag.com because of the similar grey/blue color scheme.

the bar at the top looks small... the text might be hard to read for some visitors

i guess the client login is supposed to be tucked away in the corner? not something i'm used to seeing, but i'm sure it serves a purpose there (as opposed to somewhere more accessible)
