Not a big fan of the scrolling Titlebar... Remember, just because Javascript allows you to do it, doesn't mean its a good idea... ;-)

Other than that, the layout's pretty clean...
Shows up fine in Mozilla Firebird and Opera as well

looks ok
like that one person said about java script. i agree. and with the header the images arnt blended at all.. and since their different colors i would put a hue over them to tie them into "one". I would also add a rollover effect to the menu
