ImgFree.net - Free Image Host / Albums

Hi,

I've just finished this new site:
ImgFree.net

It's all been custom developed, using C#, MSSQL, IISRewrite, and sits on my dedicated server.

Any thoughts on what I'm missing or how it can be improved are welcome.

Most free image hosts run on free scripts, which I thought looked pretty dull, so I've tried to make it look good and function better than the rest.

Thanks
Ben

Good use of Web Standards.

The two button links on the top seem to link to the homepage... is this intentional?

One small quirk, because I like being picky, is it possible to put LABEL tags on the form prompts?

For example:
<label for="username">Username:</label><input type="textbox" id="username" name="username" />

Makes the page a little more accessible... given that you've put the effort into using web standards this far, why not take that extra step? =)

The fonts look a little plain, but that's just me.

I like layout and design. It looks professional. Good Work!
I think you should use some relevant pictures and slogans to make attractive home page.

Hi guys,

I've completed a new feature for ImgFree, one that's being very well received.

You can now integrate it on your forums (tested with phpbb, ipb, smf).

This gives your users the ability to upload images without really leaving your forum. It creates an additional button with the post options, 'UPLOAD IMAGE' which launches a pop-up with the upload form.

Other new features specific to the forum integration include
- thumbnails
- the option to not resize
- additional code generated including displaying the thumb and linking to the large

There's an official phpBB mod in development for it, and you can get instructions for implementing it here: http://www.imgfree.net/integrate

Enjoy
