Talking My Site & Template

Hey guys, what do you think of this template? Btw - this is a dynamically generated page that uses a template class to insert the content into the page! If anybody would like a copy of this class, just let me know!

Cheers,
Joe of 4Life

Joe,

Looks good... One thing I'd change is the [+] [-] boxes... Difficult to view on the default template. Change them to a white to make them more viewable.

Also, the "You Are Here" text... Increase the font size by 1. RIght now it's a little diffifcult to view.

Keep it up... So far so good!

1. Thanks Frank - but they should be pure white! (#FFFFFF)

2. Im thinking about in increasing the size of that text. Right now its at about 0.6em.

Thank you for your comments!

Cheers,
Joe of 4Life

This is too weird.

My system at home displays them in a blue/black color, but the system here at work displays them in white.

What's going on? I guess War-Angel was right, I have some sort of Special Edition IE!

Joe,

Looks much better... What about a 0.8em? What would it look like?

The reason Im not going to try that is because of the fact that I am already using .8em for something else.

Sorry I haven't posted 'round here lately, but I have been really busy!

P.S. - Anyone else got any comments?!

Thanks,
Cheers,

Nah Frank, this time I don't think it's your special edition IE . The + signs displayed blue for me until I clicked them once, then they turned white.

I like the scrolling nav-bar! It looks nice! Did you use DHTML for the effect?

Thumbs up

I like the template but I don't like the "blue". The "default" color is a really nice shade of blue. The other blue hurt my eyes.

Thanks! Yeah, I agree, but there are people who like pure blue, and I will offering templates in other colors as soon as I stop changing the template around! :-p

I like the design of the site, simple and professional. I really like the scrolling menu . The only thing that throws it off a bit is the + signs on the menus still show blue to me. Maybe it's just my computer.
