New design by me --- any comments?

Hi fellow devarticlers .. or something ..

I've started the making of my portfolio site.. so I figured I could ask for your opinion on the design.. Check it out at http://radnews.delonic.org/webpixels/

Don't mind the content right now.. it's grabbed from my topstyle review.. And the menu isn't finished either, just whipped some menu-items up quick.. All I want is some comments on the design itself..

Here it is again: http://radnews.delonic.org/webpixels/

Thanks!

edit: by the way, does anyone know why it doesn't go all the way to the right in Opera 6? There's still some margin at the right part.. it's driving me crazy.. crazy I tell you!

The site is clean & simple, yet very cool . I see no problem with it in Mozilla.

Thanks guys!

It isn't compatible with NS4.7.. I should probably fix that.. To do that I'll have to make the layout totally table based though.. right now it's kind of a hybrid between tables and css.. easy fix though

Right now I think the site is under 10KB, so yeah, it should load pretty quick.. even for dialup-people

Opera 6 does the same thing as Netscape 4 and reserves the right scrollbar area even if the page doesn't need to scroll... So don't worry about it

Havard,

It looks really good! Very clean... with a nice minimalistic approach!! One of my favourite looks!

Suggestion: Your links seem a little blurred... I guess that's due to the lossyness when saving the images. Try increasing the image quality slightly to sharpen the overall look!

Also, if possible, try to include some screenshots of work you've done...

Content suggestion:

Currently I'm studying media and communication at a school in the nothern part of Norway, but I will always be available for doing some work on the web...

Remove but I will always be available for doing some work on the web. You want to convey to your prospective clients that you are available at all times... that's why you're advertising your services, right?

Probably just the antialiasing setting, because it's a gif.. I'll see if it gets better with a sharper antialiasing setting..

Thanks for the tip

Everyone; feel free to give me tips on what to add, or what to remove.. content-wise, I mean..

Thanks!
