The fonts are a little random, the text on the top-right doesn't match the text on the top-left (columns).

Your text on the bottom of the page, "Customize Your Site Add A Public FORUM ... HOW TO START YOUR OWN NURSING AGENCY" overlaps the image when viewed in Firefox. The site barely shows up in Opera.

Despite having a DOCTYPE of XHTML Transitional, the site doesn't even attempt to validate against W3C standards.
