Looks like a nice, clear site to me. It's valid XHTML which is good, and I quite like the colour scheme. You haven't used anything like Flash which means that the site is very quick to load. The background image is effective, although I think the top logo looks a bit weak in comparison to the rest of the site. I like the idea of the name, but the logo just looks a bit dull. Also, I'm not sure why the top "ed" is in orange, whereas in the rest of the site it is in blue.

You may want to place the underline back on your hyperlinks, as is it is not obvious that your blue text is a link. As a general rule, all hyperlinks should be underlined. (cept of course navigation links, if they look like navigation)
