I feel the need to stress accessibility and web standards (more than usual) because of the nature of the site. Nursing and health organizations should focus more on building accessible websites.

With that being said, your page seems to stumble on HTML 4 validation

Visually, I find the layout a little cluttered... I like your choice of colours though and the images aren't too overpowering... the text is small, and way too much. My eyes can't tell where you want me to focus.

Do you need to have all that information on the Home Page, could you have an intro and then go to another page for more information. There was a lot of scrolling and it seemed to be mostly ads.

I do like the layout, colours and graphics, maybe the line-height could be changed to make the writing less cramped.

To be onest from the entire site I appreciate only the favicon logo.

What I don't like:

1. To much information on the front page
2. The layout seems to be made my kid so it's not a professional one.
3. Too much colors on your site: green, yellow, red, blue, black
4. You have some error with your php scripts.

5. No W3C standards around (css or html)
6. Your html sources are old fashion. No tableless around.

I suggest you to analyze some professional layouts on the web related to your theme.
If you don't have web design/programming skills, hire some one to do that for you.

I hope I gave you some usefull tips.
