I'm thinking it's probably not supposed to be "contract info".

You'll likely have to build in a few more buttons into your page design like sitemap, feedback, terms & conditions, privacy policy, home button (for any page other than the home).

Presumably, you'll need a second and maybe even third/fourth level of navigation. Hopefully that will be your next mockuup? Steve Krug says you should always be thinking beyond levels 1/2 when designing.

You also might want to think about centering your design, to cut down on the large white space that will occur on the right hand side for people with their monitors set at higher resolutions.
