Exclamation Site Done Completly in HTML

I really need some help.

I've recently created a website and it's extremly hard doing it completely in HTML.

Why only HTML?

Cuz the computer i have at my house is...
Win95 with 15mb of RAM and i don't have internet.!!!!!!

I can't get anything to run good enough so i use the Library computers.

I'm writing a fantasy novel at the moment, but it's hard to do so many things at once.

Anyways, please review and i will accept any comments.
Thanx

I'm not sure how "into" web design you want to be, but considering this is more-or-less static content, you might want to look into a web-standards-friendly way to present it.

This means losing table tags, font tags, center tags, and other presentation tags. If you keep them in a CSS file it makes the pages easier to manage. Let's say your novel becomes 300 pages... and suddenly you want your background to be white instead of black... can you imagine how difficult that would be? Had all pages linked to the same stylesheet (CSS file) then the change happens once and all your pages are affected!

I'm also curious as to why your text relies on Javascript to be enabled? If I disable Javascript most of your page disappears...

That's just how i do it, that way if i have something on multiple pages, all i do is change the script. The main reason for this was the menu bar, i added the "inreraction" thing but i had to do it to 40+ pages

Web Design is harder than it looks.

Thanx though!
