Looks ok to me. Maybe too much orange.

Try to validate the code.

First impressions are good - nice design and a clean layout. The left-hand menu is nice. The small icons do help the site look easier to read, and I really like the orange bar that appears when you hover over the link. But, one thing: you can only select the link by selecting the actual text. Perhaps you should try and make it so that you can select the menu by clicking anywhere in the cell.

In the main section of the site, I think the headings (Auto & Trucks, Computer & Internet etc) look good, but the shadow isn't quite right. It just makes them a little difficult to read. Also, the only way to read more about the article is by clicking the "[more]" button. It would be nice if you could click the title (like "Tire Retreads Save Money") or the actual blurb. You wouldn't want to change the style of this text, but just make it so that it links to the article.

The clock in the top-right is ok, but perhaps the time should be in the same font as the date.

Hope some of that helps.
