Looks good... was quick to load on my connection. I like the colour scheme. The site is well laid out, and quite easy to navigate. Obviously, I can't understand anything, but it get the gist of it

The glossary also looks quite good, as long as it makes sense.

The only thing I would be a bit worried about is the fact that almost the whole site is Flash. Some people don't like Flash and may have it disabled. If you want to make sure everyone can access it, perhaps you should offer a non-flash site.
