first of all your frontpicture is 97kb, which is way too big, it isn't 800x600 compatible. It took me a while to figure out what your site was all about. There is nothing about what the company is all about, no info what so ever, just a list with a few websites. Dragging that box to view the list is kinda weird, but okay

Another thing is, if you click on intro or enter it will open a new window, which kinda sucks if you'd ask me
So, very low rating, but as said on your website, it's under heavy construction, so you've got some work to do

What is the site about!? You need some text - some explanation.

Resolution: Unfortunately, the majority of users are still on 800x600 rex (according to thecounter.com), with 44%. 1024 user's are close behind on 42% - which means that it's not really feasible to design @ 1024 yet.

Pop-up's: get rid of them - they annoy people too easily. Also, they don't seem to be essential in your situation.

Navigation: There needs to be a bit more of a flow to the layout and navigation... at the moment, everything's kinda "floating"

yeah, I agree with all those comments. Also do not limit your site for people with DSL/Cable modem. Yeah sure your little flash site loaded instantly on my PC but that may not be the same for other people. Also if you're gonna use flash make it more than a scrollbar. The design does need some serious work though mate
