Www.phoenixesu.co.uk - Appreciate Feedback!

Hey all. If anyone would be kind enough to look at my website and offer any constructive critism about it that would be great!
The url is URL
It is a website for my local explorer scout unit (14-18yr olds) for info about the unit, upcoming meetings, photos etc.
Any comments/constructive critisism welcome.
Thanks,

Usability
Clearly this site is the focus for activities for your scout team therefore why not bring the calender onto main page itself for good usability.
Everything could be a little bigger please - photos and text

Content
Include some videos of your recent camps - load on youtube.com and link there.
Add nice larger photos of activities from flickr
Add google adsense for out door adventure products on your site. People like karrimore love advertising on sites like this and will pay you handsomely to do it.

Navigation
White the navigation looks good on right I still prefer left side - and leave the right for the advertising of up and coming activities like some camps or trips that you are organising.

Search
Put some key words in your title tags for outdoor adventure activities, you never know which kids or parents might see it and join up. Try
outdoor pursuits, camping, youth activities, scouts
<title>Phoenix ESU | outdoor pursuits | camping | youth activities | scouts </title>
Fill in your h1 tag
<h1>Phoenix ESU - A venture scout unit active in outdoor pursuits and camping for youths</h1>
Get yourself listed in yahoo as a non-profit so you get some links coming into you that push up your visibility to search engines
Get someone blogging on blogger.com and linking to you, so theres fresh content. Google will then search your forum as well
Put in google site maps
Add site map button listing all your major pages

So hopefully that feedback will make you more findable and exciting to join and make the youth in your area stay away from tv haha and do campfires instead
