Why I was warned with 5 points for ban !!????

Hi, is there any chance to explain me why I have 5 points warning ?
I recieved a private message from Jcaputo. But I couldn't send him replay. (!!!???)
I read the forum rulez. which indeed do not explain nothing about this mess.
And of course I am not able to read the my post for which I recieve this warning and to uderstand why this is happening, and make some decisions about the hole devarticles.com additional rulez which are not seem to be written anywhere....
huh...

IIRC, you posted something that was deemed to be spam.

Please give me example of spam.
Because from the time I've been browsing the net the word spam is used for frequently send messages with advertisment content.
And my post which is claimed to be spam was only one post!!! Not two, not hole dozen of posts about this, but only one!

And the matter of fact how to show someting for the community which I've created in case that this can be considered as spam???
If the thing which I posted was not free for use then I am agreed that this maight be a spam. But it is free!

There more things about this which comes to my mind now, but the only one which I will write is this :
" I am very disappointed from the mods of this forum. I've posted the same post and to other j2me forums which I've decided that people should check out some new opportinity of j2me programming and they ( the other forums ) did not recognize the post as spam, even those one with strictly defined rulez! Spamming is strictly not allowed, the admins have been very clear to us on that. We are not to permit spamming or any form of unwanted advertising whatsoever, whether it be one post or a dozen.

I didn't personally see your post, so I can't make a call on whether or not it was spam. But frankly, if the other admin/mod decided it was indeed spam, the odds are pretty marginal that it was actually legit. All I can say is that we don't enjoy deleting posts and/or banning users, but if you post something that appears to be bringing unwarranted attention to your site/product without having contributed to the forums, it will be recognized as spam and dealt with accordingly. Again, I didn't personally see your post so I can't judge it, but that's what the other admin/mod who did delete your post was thinking.

forum spam

I was just curious as to what forum the post was in. I wouldn't want to see it in a tech forum, but IMHO if it was in the "humor" forum, it might be "tasteless" (forgive the pun) but not all that spam-my. Still, I agree, the forum mod has the final say
