InfoWorld - Microsoft is now shipping Visual FoxPro 9.0. Using the newest version of the database development tool, developers can create .Net-compatible solutions using hierarchical XML and XML Web services and are able to exchange data with Microsoft SQL Server through enhanced SQL language capabilities and newly supported data types. Version 9.0 boasts an extensible report output architecture that provides enhanced control of report data output and formatting.
