Custom menu in Internet Explorer
Hi all,
I saw something the other day that I've never seen before. I was at the bank, no not money...the teller's Internet Exploders menu bar had a personalized background...Well Fargo, little stagecoach and horses, kinda cute. Anyway, does anyone know how to customize it? I know how to add or subtract tools, but not the background. Thanks.
