Fold to Cure
As announced by Thamindahere, the Folding hack has been added to Dev Articles.
With this hack, those who are folding for Dev and plug their user number into the box in the Control Panel- Options dialog will have the little protein icons show next to their greenies, as mine are.

Ah, what the heck.
Haven't been running anything since Seti@Home classic went out of the air a few weeks ago... and I'll be damned if I go and run something called 'Boinc' on my machine :-)

I agree... the word Boinc is not something that should be associated with one's computer.

At least you're folding, Itsacon... few takers in here and none in SEO Chat... it's sad, really. Look at all the diseases we're working on trying to cure:
All we're asking for are unused CPU cycles... not even asking you to keep your computer opn all day or anything, just to use those clocks that are idling while you are at lunch or whatever...

Hi, I am one of our folders and we sure could use help from anyone that can join in.
It does require running on your computer 24/7 and will push it hard, but if you need the heat in winter it can be a win/win.
The latest folding clients are very easy to load and control. Here is where you can download them. Fold on your CPU and GPU's
Our team number is 12912 (devhardware is the folding forum team for the dev forums) so you need to enter it in your client to be part of the dev team.
Once you start folding if you put your folding number in your sig once it turns up here you will get some of the extra icons as you gain point to show you are supporting a great cause and the dev team.
