Ok, I am into this trouble since a past couple of weeks, people are paying me by fraud credit cards and after a while paypal is hanging me with the "paypal chargebacks"
I want to know if there is really any way I can disable accepting credit cards on my paypal account? If you can help in any other way to fight this fraud CC transaction, I will be greatful to you. Thanx |

Where are you accepting them? On a website? If on a website, you can get rid of paypal from the site. You can also contact Paypal to cancel your account, or I believe on their site you can also cancel your account. You can even go so far as to cancel one, and create an entirely new one. Depends what your purpose is, and where people are using these CC's from. |

There's never a guarantee when it comes to accepting legitimate credit cards. There are always going to be people that try to get things for free. If you run an online store, you're always going to be more susceptible to fraud, than an actual storefront. If fraud is a frequent thing on your site, than get rid of paypal, and just stick with checks and money orders. Of course not accepting credit cards will decrease the amount of business you receive, but it will cut down on the fraud.

I don't know much about PayPal's protocol or interacting with their system programatically... but you might want to address this concern with them.
Personally, I think it's PayPal's problem if people are using fraudulent numbers. Your best bet might be to withhold shipment of your product/service until PayPal has processed the transaction
