How to record webcam chat on MSN

Hiii,

Does anyone know a way to record a Live video webcam chat session on MSN..? Are there any tools/ software to do this task,...?

I had seen a tool once that would record a certain portion of your screen... so any movement within the boundries would be saved to a file...

Similar to TotalRecorder for Audio [recording any sound from your soundcard]

If only I could remember the name of the video software.
