International job opportunities

I am a young web developer bored with the British weather and lifestyle, itching to get back on the path less travelled. I have travelled and picked fruit and now i want to travel and code websites.
I would like to meet a country with beautiful golden sunshine in the summer, snow boarding opportunities in the winter, friendly disposition, lax drug laws and fondness for the Britsh sense of humour (british accent can be applied thickly on demand).

we get sunshine, but no snow. Unless you go to canberra in winter... Australian's are the friendliest in the world... but we have kinda the same drug laws as america...

i dont think anyone likes the british sense of humour though.. heh

Apart from that, the places to live are expensive, but the money in a job is good. Unfortuantly, the IT sector in Sydney is pretty much abismal. I'm sorta looking for another job, and if i dont get an acceptable pay rise in April, i'll be looking hard.
