Internet Businesses Success/Experiences

Im always enjoying reading up about success stories & experiences of people launching their businesses on the internet. I find it inspires and makes you get on with your own business ventures.

So any success stories/experiences ? Or even just list your site, it would be interesting to see the sites people are making a living from.

Where abouts in London you from? I am visiting your neck of the woods tomorrow... my gFriend has to go to the library for some reason....... what a trip just for some research!!

I am in the process of starting a company... I have an online portfolio (www.recaf.net) .... but I mainly do website work for people... at the moment I am doing some consultancy work for "Score Research".

I am also writing various bits of software for people... but they are a long way off completion at the moment!!

Thats quite a nice site you have there - nice and clean. I noticed you've done a site called 'Uxbridge Ceroc', well to answer your question thats where im from, Uxbridge.

Im currently contracting for some ASP/SQL Server work, but im moving to Spain in march, so Im busy trying to set things up for myself, firstly a couple of internet business ventures. Along with a Internet Solutions company, I've got a couple of software products coming along at the moment to sell, along with contracting for web development services through the company.

I'll let you know as soon as I get something online thats actually mine, see what you think of it.

Well, I've got a list of things I'm currently doing!

I'm currently studying programming and analysis, a member of the SiteCubed team, and I've got a freelance design firm on the side (www.di-group.net)... I've also got a personal site that I use for showcase/resume purposes (www.frankmanno.com).

I don't have much time for anything else!

Well ive got a story and a half, Ive been programming since i was eight (almost 12 years now), and took up serious programming when i was 13. I wanted to get into the industry, but without formal qualifactions its a bit hard. I was contacted randomly by Mytch 14 months ago, to help him write articles for a "new site" he was starting.

Well now im working with mytch for sitecubed full time now, Im also developing my own site on case modding which has had to stop atm, due to lack of free time. Im also developing a gaming site for a client, as i do client work im my own time (ahahah own time, now thats a joke).

but any way whats pretty amazing, is the luck of being contacted by mytch, which has basically lead to my dream job, without any formal qualifactions.
