Itunes related
I hope I don't break any rules cause this is Itunes related.
Well on tv I once saw that with itunes you can put some songs together to make one song, and well I wasn't paying attention that much so I can't recall how to do it. But now that I have a Ipod I want to do that feature so if anyone knows how to do it I would appreciate if you tell me. For those still clueless this is how it works you get like 2 or more songs and you do something to it so then all those songs would play but it would then just be one song. So for those that know or have a site to it plz show it to me ![]() I have done some search on Google but the problem is what to write down cause I all I wrote is different results. And I have done some search on the site of the tv show but they probably took it off cause it was is a old episode. So for those that will help early thanks! ![]() |

I'm guessing you're essentially making your own podcast... I don't know how to do that, but certainly it's another phrase to add to your google'ing.... the worst part about google is if you don't hit the right keywords, you don't get the right results...
There are third party programs you could use to simply concatonate your files together which would acheive the same results, but if iTunes will do it for you, that's just more special =) Are you using Windows or OS X? Not that it should make a difference, but I could offer some help in searching out the answers as I have OS X installed on Mac.

I think I was mistaken, iTunes doesn't create them.
From apple.com: Quote:
Perhaps a third party concatonating program would be your best bet. And no, so long as I'm the leader of this forum you must address me as such! The full name will work just fine... ![]() [kidding] |

Hey, I found this.
AppleScript Join Together v3.2.1 by Doug Adams. "This script will enable you to join the files of selected iTunes tracks together with QuickTime Pro and export them as a single AAC file/track. Optionally, with Apple's ChapterTool application installed, it will create a "chapterized" audio file of the exported AAC file." Note, AppleScripts only works for iTunes for Mac... this may not help you =) |

Here's a post on a blog I found: Create Your Own Podcasting Show On Windows
It sounds like basically make the MP3 and refer to it in the XML/RSS doc. |
